AUTO REPLY

Hi - I cannot get the Autoresponder to respond.

I have read the documentation (many times) and although it says all is fine it doesn't send the response? I think I have tried every combination - any suggestions. I have followed the instructions to the letter.

I have sent emails from different machines and emails - and none of them worked.

I have checked the spam. junk email boxes but the response is not there. I have gone to my email server and they are not there either (ruling out a any rule based filtering.)

Hi. Did you ever resolve this issue? If not, I'm going to post my query - My only issue with autoresponder is that it's sending the confirmation emails (to the user after they sign up), to my roundcube mail, instead of the user's email. So I guess I only have 1 out of the 3 issues you were experiencing.
Seems straight forward - correct where the post goes to, but I can't see at all if this is a roundcube issue or my php handler issue..
