Needing help for configuring my email client
« on: August 22, 2020, 10:53:38 AM »
Hey
I'm a student of the University of Tehran. Apparently, our university uses Roundcube services to provide us emails with the domain 'ut.ac.ir'.
While we can access our emails using the web client all right, things get disappointing when we try to have our emails configured to a native email client app.
I was wondering if anyone has any idea how to configure a "University of Tehran" mail on a mail client application. If it's not possible, any answer that clears
it for me why is also very much appreciated. Thanks.

[EDIT]
Also, our university did not provide any instruction or IMAP/SMTP server addresses or whatnot...

Roundcube is not a service. It is open source webmail software. The only people who can give you connection information for mail clients is your email provider - I guess the university.
Roundcube Plugins: Contextmenu, SpamAssassin Prefs, and moreā€¦
