Train SPAM
« on: November 21, 2020, 12:25:21 AM »
Hello,
I read that the way to train SPAM is to move the mail that is SPAM into the SPAM folder.
For how long do I have to keep the SPAM mail in the SPAM folder?
Once I delete it will still filter the mail?
Thanks

The markasjunk plugin shipped with Roundcube provides interfaces to various spam filter training tools but how those tools work is outside the scope of Roundcube, its a server side function. You should talk to who ever runs your mail server for support.
