Rules and autoresponder

Hi, i search for an email sollution and hope Roundcube can help me.

how many rules are possible with rundcube? rules like:

if a mail arrives with subject xxx, answer with premade message xxx
if a mail arrives with subject zzz, answer with premade message zzz

and so on, possible i need more then 400 rules...

if roundcube cannot do this, can somebody make a suggestion
