A user registration form (for new mailbox)

Does anyone know how to incorporate a user registration page that would allow a new user to sign up and create a new mailbox? (I am using postfix on my ubuntu server)

I've been having trouble finding this feature in free webmail packages for some reason. Since I want to start offering free email this feature would be imperative.
