How to mark post as not spam?
« on: February 25, 2021, 07:25:28 PM »
First time poster here (I think).  I am not sure if I am in the correct forum.  If not please move question to where it should go.

I have a contractor who works for us and sends his invoices via email.  Despite putting his email on our contact list all of his email to us to in the junk/spam folder.

How do I mark this person's email address as not spam to all of his emails to us go into our inbox?

TIA,
Blane

Out of the box Roundcube does not do any spam processing. It's possible you have a third party plugin which does something but its much more usual for spam processing to be done on the server side rather than the client. Without knowing what kind of anti spam measures you are running I don't think any one here will be able to help. If you are not responsible for managing your email server then you need to talk to who ever is.
Roundcube Plugins: Contextmenu, SpamAssassin Prefs, and moreā€¦

Thank you.

I found out that I can always have his email put into the inbox instead of the junk folder by adding his email to the whitelist on the CPanel.
