Hi everyone,
I'm new to this so apologies if this is not posted in the correct place but I'm hoping someone can help me. My company uses webmail for our email. Everyone else in the company can use the search bar in the upper left corner to find old emails, search for emails from specific contacts, or even just find an email from a specific date. For some reason, I just can't. Anytime I try and search for anything it just comes up completely blank. I attached a screenshot below if it helps.
We do not have an on staff IT person, and nobody is sure who to contact about this since all of their emails work. Can anyone help with this?
I'm not super computer savvy so if someone can help please explain it to me like you would explain it to a toddler...
