hMailServer Forwarding Plugin for Roundcube not work

Dear Supporting team,
I have installed roundcube 1.411 version web UI. It can be  successful send, receive and delete email. Bu when I download hMailServer Forwarding Plugin from https://github.com/tunis78/roundcube-hms_forwarding, I have enabled it, but it can't forward email to this email account. Please refer the attachement. I saw how the config file to show the steps of remote configuration of hMailServer. Could you show the steps with screen capture of it. Thank you
