Hi

I have Roundcube (1.3.16) working on my Synology NAS as part of the Mail Server installation. In particular I wanted to use the POP3 integration to some external accounts I have. This is setup and pulls email in, however the "check for new messages" doesnt retrieve new messages I know are on the POP3 accounts. I assume this is actually polling the local IMAP mailbox on the NAS. In the "Admin Settings" in Roundcube Ive decreased the POP3 receiving interval to 1 min but this doesnt appear to make a difference.

Is there any way to force Roundcube (or Mail Server) to poll  the POP3 accounts? Why doesnt the 1 minute interval appear to work?

Thanks for any pointers!

Mike

The POP3 connector must be part of your Synology system, there is nothing like that in standard Roundcube. They probably use a plugin to allow you to access the settings from within Roundcube.
