Not receiving email from a specific gmail account

I've just set up a roundcube account but have a problem.  I have a gmail account and tried to send an email from it to my roundcube account.  It never arrived. I can send an email from roundcube to the gmail account but if I reply to it from gmail, the reply never arrives either.  It doesn't seem to be a general gmail problem as I can receive messages from other gmail accounts, just with this particular gmail account.  Anybody got any ideas as to what the problem is?

You would need to check the mail server logs, it wouldn't be a Roundcube problem.
