spam folder

hello,
Roundcube keeps putting important mails in 'spam'.
How do I tell Roundcube it is not spam and it should stay in my inbox?
very confused.

Roundcube is open source webmail software. Any message filtering is likely done by your mail server. Please contact your email provider for support.
