No plugin works in RoundCube

Good afternoon.

I'm trying to activate a plugin on a legacy RoundCube installation, but none of the plugins I tried were activated.
Is there any way to do diagnostics to identify possible problems?
P.S.: it doesn't show anything abnormal in LOG.
