deny some users to dawnload attachment

There is a way to prevent some users from downloading email attachments and only administrators are allowed to download via round cube. actually i need just few person have permission to download attachment through web mail (roundabout) but from outlook all user do.

SKaero:
If you only want to remove download links for attachments in Roundcube but not if the user connects directly via IMAP that could be done with a plugin.
