I need only a few users to be able to change their email password. in other way how can grey out password for some users in round cube??

This could be done with a Roundcube plugin that only enables the plugin for certain users.

I doesn't directly exist as far as I know, it would need to be developed. See the plugin documentation: https://github.com/roundcube/roundcubemail/wiki/Plugin-API
