logo signature disappears in reply, how to solve

I made myself a signature with logo.png in Rouncube and sent a testmail to another address. Looks good. But the moment I reply the same testmail, the logo in the signature disappears. It shows the name of the logo.png between <>. How to solve this? Is there a way to keep the logo.png in the reply?
