Incorrect display of emails

Hello! I am a Russian-speaking user, so I apologize in advance for my illiterate message. I have the following problem: when sending messages from any mail service, the message does not appear correctly. If I send a message from Roundcube - everything is good.

How is it possible to solve this problem?
