Forwarding working sometimes

Apologies if the topic doesn't belong here.

I'm using Roundcube.

I have set some forwarders to gmail accounts. Sometimes the email reaches to those accounts but sometimes don't.
The behavior it's erratic.

By the time I couldn't figure it out why this happens. I suspect it's something related to google but I could be wrong.

I guess you are using some plugin to control your forwarding settings? Generally forwarding is done by the email server because if the client does it then it works when the client is open.

I see so I have to contact the host provider.
