Hello.

My hosting provider changed the webmail program fron SmarterMail to Roundcube.

In SmarterMail I had the posibility to create mailing lists. I do not know if Roundcube has this feature or if you call it with a different name.

The mailing list I am talking about worked (in SmarterMail) as follows:

To create the list:
1.- Define an Alias address for the list, for example  [email protected] and a moderator of the list. Te moderator must be an existing email account from the domain,  for example [email protected]
2.- Define a keyword like [:KEYWORD:] to be used in the subject.

To use the list:
1.- Import email addresses from text (csv, etc.)
2.- Send an email from [email protected] to [email protected] with subjet [:KEYWORD:]This is my subject every address in the imported list receives the email. If you send fron addresses different from the moderator, or if you do not include the keyword, the messages are not sent.

Does Roundcube has this feature or something remotely similar?

Thank you.

That is a question for your email provider. It is not functionaly Roundcube has out of box.
