New to RC: Need to remove DELETE option via icon & [DEL] key. Possible?

Does RC provide an option to disable the option to DELETE emails?
If not, can someone point me to the source code file(s) from where I can comment the code that does DELETE?
I would like to disable DELETE via the icon and the [DEL] key on the keyboard.
