Filters not working

Hi
I am using roundcube through iPage as my Domain Provider (not hosted by iPage).
I want to set a filter so that all my messages have a copy sent to my Gmail account.
I can email to and from each account but the filter won't work.  :-[

I have "all Messages"
Send a copy to *****@gmail.com
Any help?

You'll need to contact your email provider since the filter plugin setup would be controlled by them.
