Hi. I am helping someone trying to log in to an email address hosted by roundcube. We are trying to do this from New Zealand (the person is secretary for an Australasian organisation). When we do this from inside Otago University (New Zealand) it fails with a message such as "IP changed". When we connect through the cell network or fibre connection at home, it works. When I use a VPN and try to connect from Italy (because, why not?) It won't even load the login page. If I use the VPN to connect from Sydney, it works. It seems that the site has some protection based on IP address or similar. Anyone have any ideas about that is happening here? Also, is it possible to access this email service using IMAP? If so, what are the settings for the IMAP and SMTP servers? Thanks.
