spam email problem with roundcube

Hi roundcubeforum...,

I am using roundcube with Plesk panel for Linux.. but having issues with sending email...

Whenever I send an email, it goes to spam folder of the receiver..

My server OS is Ubuntu Server 20.04 x64
We've recently changed & purchased fresh IP for server so there's no way its blacklisted or something..

Can you help me out??? Thank you.

Its very possible that the new IP is already blacklisted, every IPv4 address has been used at least once at this point. Its also possible that your DNS setting for the domain are incorrect.

The IP is not blacklisted.. I've confirmed & changed the IP from the server provider..

I'll look for DNS settings and will let you know.. Thanks!

That has nothing to do with Roundcube, set your mail server correctly. Mod please move this from themes to another forum category
