How to export mailbox folders??
« on: August 12, 2022, 06:58:54 AM »
Hello,

I have searched up and down roundcube to find the answer to this question here is the issue I have a customer with well over 40 mail folders these have folders have hundreds of e-mails in them and I want to export those folders into a file so they can be imported into thunderbird mail the trouble is I don't see where you do this with roundcube. The client is setup under pop3 and if I switch her to IMAP thunderbird will download all the mail on the server to her computer but I don't want it to do that because as we all know IMAP means if she deletes any mail be it local or remote it will delete it in both places so I want to keep it as pop3 and simple download the needed folders so she can import them to her mail program can anyone explain or give a walkthrough of how to do this? because I don't see anywhere how its done.

Thank you

Why don't you you connect tb using IMAP, copy all the mail you want to local folders and then disconnect it?
Roundcube Plugins: Contextmenu, SpamAssassin Prefs, and moreā€¦
