Well, it first began as a document that I was writing for our company's setup of RC. Then someone suggested via the dev list that we utilize Google Docs to collaborate on the document.
My fear/hesitation with releasing it on the Trac wiki is the fact that A) the document we began writing/outlining is written around our particular setup of RC, and therefore has items which will need to be modified/changed for a generic user guide. That being the case, I thought it might be best to keep it off the public wiki (of course, I suppose there is a way of hiding documents/pages within the trac wiki... dunno). The other reason is that I have had little to no feedback from the dev list, user list or forum communities - thus, I would be afraid to put it up and be totally off base with what the development team as a whole would wish to be on the wiki.
With that said, I suppose I will take a look at whether or not a "hidden"/temporary set of pages can be posted on the wiki.
What say others? Google Docs? Trac wiki? Other?
Thanks for the feedback Bibby!
