Mail to my address says undelivered, but messages are actually coming through.

Hi all,

I'd be so grateful if someone could help- Mail is coming through to my email address, but senders are receiving a message saying:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

I am not sure how to fix this or what the problem is, as I'm not technically skilled. My predecessor at my organisation set up the email account and so far everything has worked.

That message is coming from you MDA (Mail Delivery Agent, e.g. Dovecot) Roundcube is an IMAP client. You should check your MDA logs for more clues as to what is wrong.
