Hello !
How about add some options in roundcube interface:
1. show username (at the top line, for example)
2. add to the "settings" page option for "delete messages directly" (without move to the trash)
3. add to the "settings" page option for set "flag for deletion" (causes deleted messages to be permanantly removed).
