I can't open Roundcube webmail because of this error

PHP Error: Error loading template for login in /usr/share/roundcubemail/program/include/rcmail_output_html.php on line 804 (GET /webmail/)
I'm getting this message: Oops... something went wrong!

An internal error has occurred. Your request cannot be processed at this time.

For administrators: Please check the application and/or server error logs for more information[/size]

As I can see your RC can't load template file.
You must check where it is.
/usr/share/roundcubemail/program/include/rcmail_output_html.php - it is here ?.
May be this is problem with access rights to files/folders.

Can you see your log files ?
You have your standalone server?
RC work before or this is new install ?

Or ask your hosting provider to check this problem if you use Cpanel or something like this.
