Spam Settings help needed

Hi All,

I am new to setting up Email filters, I am getting constant emails from an email address and it is driving me up the wall.

I have setup a filter using Roundcube webmail using these settings

SCOPE : Matching any of the following rules

RULES

FROM : EQUAL TO : EMAIL ADDRESS

FROM : CONTAINS : NAME

ACTIONS : MOVE TO : SPAM

however, this is not filtering them out into spam

any help in lame man terms would be very helpful

I think better use "Contains"

open spam message.
clink on HEADERS and see what address in string FROM:

Я думаю что лучше использовать условие "Содержит" вместо "эквивалентно"
Ну и в самом письме есть служебные заголовки - стоит их проверить, что там написано в поле FROM, какой адрес.
