Sender rate exceeds 60 messengers per 1h

Hello
We are facing a problem with sending mass emails.

We are an Internet connection company, we send 800 emails to our customers once a month. We conduct all our activities in the BAS Accounting program. To do this, we connected our own development to send letters to all current customers.

While sending, we got the error "SMPT error code 550 Sender rate exceeds 60 messengers per 1h 10.31.10.253".

Need some advice or help to resolve this issue.

It's not roundcube restriction. Its SMTP server restriction.

You must contact with your mail server provider, or your system administrator, who setup your SMTP server.
