Roundcube Full Storage Issue

Hello Team,

Anyone can help us to check, the few users shows the storage is 100% even though no email on their Inbox,Junk,Trash all of these category is empty. We tried to check on their logs /var/log/mail.log this is empty also.

Theirs any way to resolve this issue please?

Where you store your mailboxes ? Try check this folders - what you see here? Can you see files and folders . Check users right for this folders (for example dovecot have not access).

Similar problem!  Got an email saying messages were suspended because of storage being full, but it's not.

It can me not storage problem. Check your mailbox limits and quota. As I remember somewhere in /etc/dovecot/..quota...
