List Mode & Threads Option Not Available?

Brand new to RoundCube, and I've spent an hour trying to find why this is . . . to no avail.

My default, fresh install of RoundCube does not have THREADS or when you click options it does not have LIST MODE.

What did I miss - I can't seem to find any settings that would turn these features on.
