The contact list is not displayed while composing a message

I would like to report an "issue" with the RoundCube application. Specifically, when composing a message in the Chrome browser, the contact list does not appear in the side panel of the webmail interface. This error does not occur in other browsers.

We have images of the error and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.
rc_version -> Roundcube Webmail 1.0.3 (more details attached)
not_show -> In this image, I am showing a webmail interface from Chrome that is working correctly. The colored section marked with a red cross is the part that is not displayed in some Chrome browsers, and this only happens with some users, but not all.

Can you please provide some guidance on how to fix this problem?

As I see its skin Outlook from roundcubeplus ?

You can check this problem with another skins ?

Your Roundcube version is very very old.
