Modified Larry Skins with additional colorful themes

How does one install this now? Or is it not compatible?

I get an error about needing the skin-installer plugin but it cant find it and I cant get it to install.

Ok apparently it needs to be manually installed. Composer install on it fails due to the lucasmarin/skin-installer plugin it wants.
