In most cases all you have to do is set your MX record in the new domain for example if your normal domain is foo.com and your new domain and your normal mail server is mail.foo.com. You would specify the MX record of bar.com to be mail.foo.com

Now depending on your needs and your MTA (Sendmail, exim, etc) you may need to configure your server to accept the domain.

You're probably best to check the documentation of your MTA.

Thanks,

I managed to get this going.

I was setting an exchange server for a client.

I did get a really good comment on roundcube. I moved from Squriel mail to roundcube then they wanted exchange so I moved them again. They said that they roundcube beats exhcange webmail (outlook online) anyday. They are planning to move back I think.
the main comment was outlook online and slow and what do we need a calender for we have sharepoint.

I think I will move them on the next beta release.

Good work round cube developers. :)
