Columns will not save in the order I drag them into

Niro:
Hi, I drag the columns (From, Subject, Date, To, etc.) and click Save.   The page I was on saves in that order, but the next page (in every folder) only shows the "Subject" column and when I go back to the page which I saved the column order on also then only saves the "subject" column.     Bluehost tech support suggested I delete my cache under settings which didn't solve the problem.  BH also scanned for malware - none showed up.  Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
