Got Deactivation of E-Mail Address

One of our users received an e-mail for deactivation. However, she nor the Admin initiate any actions.
Please help to resolve as the e-mail belongs to our Company President and she cannot able to access it now even the URL of the webmail. I can only able to read and send e-mails via Outlook using the same webmail.


That email looks like a phishing scam to me. I would suggest you have the admin reset her account password.
