I ask you to support us for finding the right procedure to open a new mailing account on round cube Webmail.
We are already have a mailing account (info@thm-bau.de) but we want to open a new one "info@thm-int.de"

You should contact your hosting provider and ask them. Roundcube is just webmail client not a mail service or email provider.
