not getting emails

I'm a beginner and I think I am having a set up issue.  I set up a new email address on my CPanel, and I am trying to check it on RoundCube.  I can send emails, I can even see the sent email in the send box, but I'm not getting any emails.  So if I reply to one of the sent emails, I never receive it.  Can someone offer me advice on how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

Make sure your domain DNS MX records are setup to point to the CPanel server.
