My provider dosent update my inbox

Hey, I tried to login on my provider who's using yours Api (not sure if im right sorry). But anyways, the host is uwumail.com and I CAN login but sadly - dosen't update my inbox even tho I have 0mb of disk usage.
I'd like to ask you for help even tho its first time im using forum of some sort.
Is there anyting I can do?
Can I use a different host with the same email?

Roundcube is opensource software which your provider is using to give you web based access to your email. It is not a service or an API. If you are having problems accessing your email you need to contact your provider for support.

Hey, thank you for the response is there any website that would let me login with my email thats based on roundcube and would work? Is it even possible?

Your email is not based on Roundcube. Roundcube is a piece of software not a service. You need to contact your current provider to get access to your mailbox.
