roundcubemail atachement that named chinese or japanese character
will be disorderly code the atachment name, when save it to user's local
enviroment: WINXP sp2 IE6/7
I try renew up to svn1547 also same wrong
I hope someone can fix it, it's very important meaning for non-ascii users
