Roundcube unresponsive multiple times throughout the day

I don't know if any of you experience this but sometimes my Roundcube just ceases to work.  This occurs when I'm replying to a message or right after I click Send.  The "Sending Message" status message just hangs and I'm unable to cancel or reconnect.  After a few minutes I will get "control" back and can start over and reply or send a new message.  I have Roundcube running under my bluehost.com account.  I don't experience any issues with any of my other services except for roundcube.  Let me know what if you have any suggestions to fix this very irritating problem.  Thanks.
