Global Address Book and Groups

There is a global address book plugin that is available that I have updated to work with the RC v.02-beta. The plugin has some downfalls in that anyone can make a contact "global." There is no current solution for managing the rights to who can create, edit, and delete global contacts.
The link is:
http://www.roundcubeforum.net/plug-ins/2292-global-address-book-additional-fields-additional-email-addresses.html
The first page has the code for version 0.1.1 and the second page has the complete corrected code for version 0.2-beta.
I am working on finding a good solution for the address book groups myself so I can't help with this part.
Hope that helps.
