Compose E-mail, tab button issue

While composing a new e-mail (HTML mode), tabbing from Subject goes to "Send" instead of the body of the message.

While composing an e-mail in plain text, tabbing from Subject goes to the body as it should.

Occurs in IE 7 and Firefox 3.0.3
