After installing GV 5.3 from your link, I am looking to see the details screen in the address book.  It still looks like the standard address book without all of the extra info.  Can you explain how to display this info?

VERY Nice theme though.  All it needs it text labels under the icons for those people that are icon deficient  I have paypal if you have time...

Full featured addressbook is available in Roundcube 0.6beta. This skin is for Roundcube 0.5.3/4.

I 've modified the code, to provide more information. Currently I'm working on the theme to get it operational with the 0.6 version of Roundcube
