how to configure roundcube for google apps

i tried to configure roundcube for google apps but roundcube is not able to access google imap server. can anyone tell me how to configure roundcube for google apps. thanks....
my roundcube config file:

In additon your php must be compliled with OpenSSL. Also check your RoundCube logs for errors when connecting to gmail.

Is there a distribution that will work with GMAIL IMAP?  I hate the conversational method at GMAIL. Roundcube on the other hand is way cool.
