Disable PHP version check for RHEL 5.2?

Hi All,

I was wondering whether someone could tell me how to disable the version check for PHP on 0.2 Stable?  Red Hat have backported large numbers of security fixes available in PHP 5.2 to their 5.1.6 release, and it is unlikely a version called 5.2 will ever be available on RHEL 5.  

We run Red Hat exclusively, and I would prefer to use the bug tested PHP 5.1.6-20.1 rather than upgrade to something unsupported.  If it doesn't work, then so be it.
