Problem after trying NPK template
« on: March 08, 2009, 10:41:37 AM »
I download the "npk" template and after looking at it decided not to use it.  I tried reverting to mvision and now for some reason no templates are loading and I am getting an "error 501".

Cannot access anything past the login except the error.  How can I get into the options to make sure I reverted correctly ???

error 501 means that RC could not find the template file it was looking for. before you deleted the npk skin did you switch both the global and your personal settings back to using the mvision skin?

I did.....or rather, I think I did...I meant to......Obviously I didn't.

I even reinstalled template.....to no avail.

BTW....just tried again, no getting "Error No. [0x01F5]"

How do I correct this ?

Ah.....never mind....  all I needed to do was reinstall the entire package using the same database, etc, etc.

now all I need do is move my skins to the new directory, delete the old and rename the new to the old name.

Thanks for the help.....

Added....
Strangest thing....after installing new RC, I went to the older one, the one I was having problems with, and it was like new, no problems at all.

Strange.....
