Override special folders config

Hello. I would like the users cannot change the special folders config in configuration screen. Is there any way to do that trought the "dont_override" line in main.inc.php?

By the way, is there a full documented options for this "dont_override" option?

I added each of the special folders to the "dont_override" array, and it completely removes those choices from the preferences page.
