I haven't been able to get the
Focus browser window on new message option to work in most browsers. I'm wondering: have I setup something incorrectly, or is it just the behavior of the browsers?
- Safari 3/4 (y)
- Chrome 3b (n)
- Firefox 3.0.x (n)
- Opera 9/10 (n)
It seems like only Safari works. Do these other browsers have a default setting or blocking mechanism that prevents focus upon a new message arriving? Is this something that will ever be supported by browsers other than Safari? Is there a possible work-around for those that don't support it currently? Has anyone else experienced this?
Tried in 0.2.1 as well as current SVN 2673.
