Hi,

I installed roudcub and I placed its portuguese-BR, but in the screen it does not appear the accents.  

ConfiguraÃÃ,§ÃƒÃ,µes appear Configura??s  

I changed index.php  = ââÂ,¬Ã...Â"ISO-8859-1ââÂ,¬Ã,;  

but it did not function, as I can decide?
